Miranda and Ken′s Dad had a special love for cats, and black cats like his Pillsbury and grandcat Frankie, and hope they can help others feel his love through their gift to PPAH. ~ Gregory A. ″I′d get pictures he would send me every day! He loved them so much. I remember when we first went to see the black cat he had been eying at in the shelter and how Pillsbury had stretched his paw out to my dad though the glass. My dad wrote down his reason for adopting a cat on the application as ″wanting a companion″ and I think he got that and more with the adoption of Pillsbury and his brother Clint.″

″Every day, whether it was 90 degrees or 20, our dad took his cats Pillsbury and Clint Eastwood out in the fenced in backyard so they could enjoy the outside. He did this all day long whenever he had the free time, suffering the cold and heat just so they could have some fun.″

Greg was a Cubs fan, listening to every game on the radio, and frequently attending games at Wrigley with the family and friends. He loved working on the house and yard, spending time in the garage with his cars, and playing 18 holes with his friends on the weekends.
